You can see my total running time isn’t good enough, may it’s because I was running in the morning, it’s too much dark, I have to hold torch light in my one hand and have to be careful about what’s infront of me. But it’s fine, it’s easy and nice to run gently. Beside that, I have stopped recording video, it’s a great relief, now I can run at any time I want. I had to finish what I had started and I did it yesterday, now I am free, it feels like I have shedded tonnes of load from my back.)
