(22:17 PM: From today, I have started running. I have increased my “One Legged Squat” from 5/5 to 10/10 for each leg. Moreover, couple of days ago, I saw a Youtube Video, it told that major cause of knee injury is when our ankle don’t move properly as it should, then our knee try to compensate that lack of movement hence cause knee injury. So, I am also wearing knee band to avoid knee from compensating and to avoid overstretching.)

(Even though I haven’t mastered One Legged Squat, I mean I still use support of Bed or Chair to do it, I am adding 3 new exercise to strengthen my Lower Back. Since couple of months may be more than 4-5 months I have been having pain in my back but recently it is getting unbearable. Back then I started some yoga and stretch to alleviate the pain, but still there is pain. So, from today I have started three more exercises to strengthen my lower back.)

But I found out that forcing yourself too much, causes stress in your back instead of abdomen, which is a bad thing. Hence from today I am doing only crunches. From today I am also avoiding toe touches which I have been doing regularly for 3 times. Moreover I have initiated 3 repetition of Bird Dog for each leg.)

(2017/06/21, 12:42 PM: Yesterday (This Day or Today) there was a short circuit in house, so there was no electricity and I wasn’t able to update it. Since couple of months, there has been pain in my back. Well, I tried various exercises and stretches but they didn’t worked much. Moreover since couple of days there has been extreme pain in my left lower back, and the pain also started to transfer in my left leg. So, yesterday I didn’t felt like exercising, pain was so much, but I did it. From today (2017/06/21) I have reduced the intensity of my exercise to half and it is feeling easy.)
